The design of PILAPT^® is based on a thorough analysis of pilot abilities, including analysis of data from over 50 years of pilot selection research. This extensive analysis allowed us to identify the key abilities that should be assessed in order to select the candidates with the best chance of becoming successful pilots.

PILAPT^® R&D did not stop there. A continuous program, covering military and civilian aviation plus all level of pilot entry, ensures that the tests give accurate prediction of performance and meet the challenges of today’s aviation world.

In accordance with the guidelines provided by national and international professional bodies, we constantly research our tests with different samples to ensure that they meet quality standards for psychometric assessments.
