Key features
The tests have been deployed in 20 countries across Europe, Asia, South America, North and East Africa and the Middle East and are currently available in 11 languages. They have been used in a range of environments including the selection of military cadets, ab initio applicants to commercial trainers and airlines carriers as well as qualified pilots applying to large and smaller airlines. A wide range of norms and international benchmarks ensure the best use of the tests in all settings and across all cultures.
Using the latest technology, the tests have a contemporary look and feel using measures that are clearly relevant for selection into the aviation industry. This not only reinforces an organisation's commitment to fair and objective pilot selection, but also presents a positive and professional image to candidates.
Key to the design of PILAPT® test delivery is the functionality that enables ease of accessing and reviewing tests results on completion of a PILAPT® session. Reports have been designed for ease of interpretation both at the overall score level and at the detailed test level to identify a candidate's strengths and potential areas of risk.
