About People Technologies

People Technologies is a research based consultancy specialising in the development of bespoke human assessment. As the name implies, People Technologies’ mission is to help organisations identify and maximise their people resources. People Technologies is best known for its extensive work and research in the area of Aviation Psychology. Research on PILAPT^® has been published in various scientific papers at conferences worldwide and PILAPT^® is now recognised as the modern standard for pilot selection. More recently, People Technologies has extended its research and development to the area of Air Traffic Controller selection with the launch of CONAPT.

Agnès Kokorian is the Managing Director of People Technologies. Agnès served as human factors psychologist with the French Army for eight years working in the areas of system design and evaluation as well as crew interaction and VR training systems. Agnès has published in the areas of computer-based testing and pilot selection. She joined People Technologies in 1998 and she now leads the psychometric consultancy services supporting PILAPT^®.

The founder of People Technologies is Eugene Burke, the author of the PILAPT^® tests and psychometric models.
